Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. All contracts that Easy Spanish may enter into from time to time shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions, and Easy Spanish will ask the Client for the written acceptance before providing any service.

Formation of Contract

Easy Spanish may vary these Conditions from time to time and any changes to the Conditions shall not affect any Tutoring Services that you have already paid for before such changes are made.

Fees

You must pay all invoices to Easy Spanish in full without deduction, counterclaim or set off by the earlier of the day before the Lesson to which the invoice relates or within 8 days of the date of the invoice.

Class Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel or postpone an individual lesson on 24 hours notice to Easy Spanish. If you give less notice than required under this Condition or fail to attend the Lesson, then Easy Spanish shall not be obliged either to refund the cost of the Lesson or to arrange a replacement Lesson except where such replacement Lesson is paid for in addition.

Cancellation of Contract

You are entitled to cancel the Contract at any time on written notice to Easy Spanish during the 14 day cooling off period. Within the 8 days of the date of cancellation, Easy Spanish shall refund all Fees paid for Tutoring Services not yet received.

Class length

Each hour Google meet session includes a 55 minutes live conversation class and 5 minutes to create a personalised class report, with more corrections, explanations, tips, quizzes and homework.

Each 45 minute Google meet session includes a 40 minutes live conversation class and 5 minutes to create a personalised class report, with more corrections, explanations, tips, quizzes and homework.

Each 30 minute Google meet session includes a 25 minutes live conversation class and 5 minutes to create a personalised class report, with more corrections, explanations, tips, quizzes and homework.

Pricing conditions

60 minute classes are 55 minutes of teaching + 5 minutes of class report writing for £24

45 minute classes are 40 minutes of teaching + 5 minutes of class report writing for £18

30 minute classes are 25 minutes of teaching + 5 minutes of class report writing for £12

Class packages must be used within 8 weeks. Classes unused within 5 weeks will expire. A 100% refund of unused classes can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
